We prepare and configure Zoho Books around your agreed needs, so you can organise invoices, record expenses and follow up on your accounts more easily.
Training you can put into practice
We train you to use the system in your daily work and show you how to generate and read reports, so you can understand performance and make informed decisions for your business.
A 12-month system subscription
Your package includes a Zoho Books subscription for 12 months, alongside the initial setup and training. System renewal for the following year is BD 70.
Existing-data migration, extra users, integrations and ongoing bookkeeping are discussed separately if you need them.

What do I receive for BD 95?
A review of your business’s strengths and weaknesses, system preparation and setup, training on daily use and reports, and a 12-month Zoho Books subscription. The usual package value is BD 350; allocated small-business support covers BD 255 for accepted applications.
Is this support from Zoho or a government programme?
This application is managed by Belyon. The initiative is not presented as a Zoho-funded or government-funded programme.
What happens after the first 12 months?
System renewal for the following year is BD 70. The initial BD 95 package includes setup and training; any additional services you request later are agreed separately.
Does applying guarantee a supported place?
No. Capacity is limited. Each application is reviewed for suitability and availability, and acceptance is confirmed directly by Belyon.
What if I already use Zoho Books?
You can still tell us about your business. We will assess whether your account and setup needs fit this initiative before confirming eligibility.
Your application. Handled with care.
We collect your business name, CR number and copy, activity, account status, contact details and any note you choose to add. We use them to assess the request, contact you and plan an agreed setup. The form does not create a Zoho account or sign you up for marketing.
FormSubmit processes and emails the submission to Belyon. Its documentation says form data is retained for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Belyon receives the attachment by email and keeps application records only as reasonably needed for review, follow-up and relevant business obligations.
